Running sites · Chennai

Your house is half built and the bills don't add up — get a civil engineer's second opinion.

Most of our sites are already half-built when we join, and that is completely fine. We inspect everything that is built, measure the work against the bills you have already paid, and tell you in writing what we found — before you decide anything.

What a construction quality audit checks on a running site

  • Everything that is already built — structure, reinforcement where it is still visible, workmanship
  • The work measured on site and checked against the bills you have already paid
  • Materials and grades used so far
  • The remaining work listed, with what it should cost

A written report before you decide

You get a written report of what we found — what is sound, what needs fixing, and where the billing doesn't match the work. What you do next is your decision: carry on with your contractor on measured quantities, or bring us in to supervise the rest of the build.

Contractor supervision from the day we join

If you want us to continue, we write a fresh BOQ for the remaining work and apply the full checklist from that day forward — checks before every pour, lab-tested materials, bills re-measured before you pay and a daily WhatsApp report by 7 PM.

Do you need to change your contractor?

Usually not. In most cases the contractor stays and simply starts working to measured quantities and written specifications. Where a contractor refuses to be measured, that itself tells you something — and we will help you find a replacement if you want one.

Questions

What owners ask us about running-site audit.

My build has already started. Is it too late to bring in an engineer?

No — this is how most of our sites begin. We survey what has been built, re-measure everything already billed, write a fresh BOQ for the work that remains, and apply the checklist from that day forward.

Can you check work that is already covered up?

We inspect everything that is visible and measurable, review your drawings, bills and any test records, and tell you plainly where something needs further testing.

Will the contractor know you are coming?

Yes. We work openly — your engineer is introduced to your contractor, and the contractor simply starts working to measured quantities.

Is the first visit free?

Yes. The site visit and the written quote cost you nothing, and there is no obligation after either.
